I want to download PCB wizard app, but its not downloading. What to do now ?

I've checked the download page for this application on Software Informer, and it appears that you can save the installation package to your PC because the download link is working just fine.
I have a JPG file with the PCB layout. Does this software support conversion from JPG to a PCB file format which could be used to order PCBs online?

Based on the official information, the software doesn't have or offer the possibility to convert from JPG to PCB. The PCB file format contains data that is impossible to be extracted from a simple image file. If you have the software installed on your computer, go to File > Import to check if you can import it, but a full conversion from JPG to PCB is not possible.
